At Solune, we deliver across India with care and reliability. All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes up to 7 business days depending on your location.

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your products reach you safely. Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared via the courier partner so you can follow your order in real-time.

Please note: Shipping charges are applicable at checkout and may vary based on your delivery location and order size.

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where the product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition.

To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact Us link.
• Ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return request is verified, we will arrange for a pickup and cover the return shipping cost. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted at this time.
